So, the final game this year for the 3's. We had to default 2 games this year, but it could have been a lot worse. We have only won 2 games so far, but let's see if we can finish the year as we started - with a victory.

as the firsts are no longer playing is it too late to move the 3s to playing at bar hill and therefore a proper wicket?

Already been done, so you'll have to put up with a grass wicket prepared by myself and underhay. Just hope the green get cuts this week otherwise you might find David Bellamy in the outfield!

Yes, the 3rds make their first and last appearance on the rec this year - Hurrah ! Time to see if the spikes can be found in the pile of cricket stuff that regular 3rd team players didn't expect to use again this year.
