Perhaps if there was less trivia and more focus on serious issues then more people may be tempted to contribute. I login occassionally hoping to read something worthwhile but I am usually disappointed - even Cbeebies has less childish content
Matters such as options for raising money, what are the benefits and risks in obtaining site screens, how can we put pressure on the Parish Council to improve the outfield et al - I am sure there are matters that are considered by the committee that would benefit from membership input.

I think the forum is great, it promotes a club sprit and lets people have a say on whatever subject they want. The forum has been sectioned so the silliness is kept in the sledging section and the topics you mention can be discussed here in the 'suggestion box'. More sections can be added if required, we are still getting a feel for what the users want.

Please feel free to add discussion topics, I as a committee member would be very interested to hear what suggestions you have for fund raising and any other ideas you have to push the club forward.
