How about a Par 3 golf challenge open to all members of the Club (Colts & Seniors) before the season gets going - good way to get together!
Can be at either Cambridge Lakes or Bourn - should be fairly easy to organise, trophies, prizes etc - small entry fee to cover these?
I don't know...........what does everyone else think?
P.S. No-one, repeat no-one suggest a Ryder Cup style competition against Milton!!

All in favour, in theory, but what about those like me who would like to play for fun but don't play and therefore have no ability at all ? (polite answers only please ?)
Also could we make it into a fund-raising event in some way ? |

Entry would be open to all - those who say they have no ability but enjoy having a go should not be put off as it is about taking part - in competitions such as this that I have taken part in previously, you would have your 'serious' competitors of course but there was always what was known as a 'rabbits' competition for those with the highest scores who generally were the ones who came along to have a go and have a day of it. |

| Sounds good. How about adjourning for lunch/dinner somewhere afterwards too? Plenty of pubs/restaurants near Cambridge Lakes. |
