Ok as we have done football, which 18 cricketers have been awarded knighthoods for their services to cricket?

I am pretty sure that Pelham Warner and Gubby Allen from the bodyline series were knighted although I suspect that Jardine and Larwood never were!

Alec Bedser has a knighthood for services to cricket, but Learie Constantine got his for his non cricketing efforts i think it was for his race relations work.
