I agree with 10 as the absence was less than 15 minutes there is no restriction on when he can bowl.
I think Barry was sort of correct as well as I suspect that he thought that he couldn't bowl at 4.10pm as he was coming onto the field at that time. The earliest opportunity he would have to bowl would therefore be 4.11pm (assuming that we are not allowing fractions of a minute).
I think Barry should be awarded half marks! (5.5?) |
