would we as players like to hear from our skippers, what they thought of the matches played recently. in general terms. If time permits?
obviously any individual problems would be sorted out in private.
I'm not stirring i just think that all players need to know that they are valued.

i think what barry is trying to say is that a general overview of the teams peformance from the skippers point of view, highlighting who did well induviduallyt and how the team could improve for the next week,
for example
craig batted well given the circumstances of the past two performances and showed great maturity to see off the innings when previous bar hill team might have crumbled.
Sam bowled very well at the death to contain a team looking to attack.
I personally feel that the team, myself included, conceeded too many extras. I feel Granta should have been out closer to the hundred mark. _________________ A Dot Ball is a Happy Ball |

I meant
we fielded well as a team. throwing good, catching in close needs to be sharpened up a bit. backing up was superb etc.
